New system means you may have to wait up to 45 mins. But you do get an appointment that day.

Crosshills Group Practice are busy, professional and outstanding practice. The appointments offered do run behind. This reason may be down to so many patients wanting an appointment on the same day, medical emergency just been called in that's higher priority or staff off poorly. The practice has kind/caring/oustanding and professional gp's and nurses. I would advice people to think to themselves about do they really need to see a doctor today?

Visited the practice to have my stitches out following surgery on my jaw. Rang to make an appointment for 10 days post-op and was given one with the nurse, Sarah. She was lovely and very professional. Thank you.

No care given what so ever from Crosshills gp.on two separate occasions!!
First time- I handed an URGENT referral into the surgery from my optometrist,I was loosing my eyesight!!! 2 week later I received a letter regarding the referral , l had to wate another 3 weeks before I would receive a hospital appointment.Within this time I decided to go to accident department hospital, I was admitted and stayed in hospital for 7 days!!!
Second occasion I phoned for a doctors to call me back,phone appointment was made! I didn't receive this call. I am 1 week from being discharged from having a hip replacement, in despair without sleeping in 7 days.
I am feeling Really really sad for the lack of care/empathy given from Crosshills GP

Receptionist was so helpful. I needed two medication reviews and a flu jab and she arranged for me to do all three things in one appointment with the nurse which was very convenient for me. Very impressed. The doctors here are great too.
